Salary: PTI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary as well as bonuses and profit sharing. We designed the compensation plan with input from our staff to help attract, retain, and reward the unique and talented individuals who comprise our team. Bonuses: Bonuses are awarded on an annual basis solely at PTI management discretion. 401 (k) Profit Sharing Plan: Employees are eligible for PTI’s 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan on the first six month period following a year of employment. At the discretion of management, PTI may contribute a percentage of profits directly into the retirement account. Individual employees receive a portion of this contribution, which is calculated in accord with applicable laws. This contribution vests over a six-year period. Employees may also self-direct pre-tax salary contributions into a 401(k) account on the first pay period of their employment. This account is, of course, immediately 100% vested. Employees may select from a wide variety of investment options for allocating their 401(k) contributions. Medical Insurance: PTI sponsors a medical and dental insurance plan. Employee premiums for the medical plan are paid by PTI after a pre-tax employee contribution -- PTI also contributes 50% of the cost of spouse and dependent premiums. Each employee is eligible for this medical plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Vacation/Holidays: PTI employees are entitled to 20 vacation days per year. In addition to vacation time all employees receive paid holidays each year. Outstanding Customer Service: We are a customer service organization. Every engagement ends with time spent understanding how PTI could have better served the customer. Correspondingly, we evolve our approaches and methodologies in response to customer feedback. One of our goals is to make every client a reference client. Work/Life Balance: PTI believes that the quality of our work is directly related to the quality of our lives. Because of this, PTI encourages employees to seek a reasonable work/life balance. An Ethical Approach to Doing Business: PTI takes business ethics seriously. We are truly independent consultants and have no potentially conflicting ties to any other vendors. In addition, we monitor our own work and accept responsibility for our own errors when they do occur. Finally, we pride ourselves on telling our clients what we think; not what we think they want to hear. Having Fun: While we take our work seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We like to keep the atmosphere of our office relaxed and casual. PTI also schedules company-wide events, such as balloon rides and white-water rafting, to encourage team-building.
